Once we have confirmed your information and review your credit, we would like to personally meet with you.
This can be either at our office or another location convenient for you.

During this brief 10-15 minute meeting we go over state of California Disclosures (RESPA) that
both the Department of Real Estate (DRE) and lenders require. We endeavor to meet everyone that does a loan with Folsom Lake Mortgage. |

Following the RESPA we will order a Preliminary Title Report and Appraisal to ensure both chain of title and
establish the current value of your property.
|
|
|
Once we have these items back in hand Folsom Lake Mortgage will submit your deal to the underwriters at the bank so they can confirm both pricing and the information
we send in your loan file. |
|
|
Next the underwriters tell us which conditions are still remaining for funding, and which may still be necessary to get your "Docs to title".
|
|
|
Once you've signed your Loan Documents the bank will fund your loan three days
later in most cases. |
